August 27, 2013
IMPORTANT NOTE
If upgrading to Confluence 5.2.x by accessing Toolgear » Confluence Admin » Backup & Restore and then loading an XML backup, you must disable and reenable Lockpoint immediately after performing the restore.
This restriction is due to a bug in Confluence 5.2.x (CONF-30085) that prevents a critical Lockpoint upgrade task from running properly. This restriction does not apply to in-place database upgrades, to performing an XML restore when initializing a brand new installation of Confluence, or to those users using Confluence versions earlier than 5.2, or to those using Confluence versions greater or equal to 5.3.
- added support for Confluence 5.2
- in Confluence 5.1+, Lockpoint now modifies the Attachments macro to move the Lock and Unlock buttons (as well as all other attachment buttons) to the top of the file version list, allowing users to access Lockpoint features without needing to scroll down through a potentially-large collection of old file versions.
- for Confluence 5.0+ spaces that use the default theme, all Lockpoint Administrator-related actions are now grouped together under Space Tools » Arsenale Lockpoint, instead of being spread out into different sections under Space Tools. Users of earlier versions of Confluence (as well as those who are using 5.x with the Documentation Theme) will continue to find Lockpoint Administrator space actions under Browse » Advanced and Browse » Space Admin.
- fixed an issue (introduced in Lockpoint 1.4.1) that impacted Confluence 4.3.x through 5.0.x, in which the "Remove" link in the Attachments macro did not function properly.
- fixed an issue in Confluence 5.1+ where the Lock/Unlock buttons in the Attachments macro could not lock or unlock a file that contained a "+" in the filename.
- fixed a layout problem with the lock icon in the Attachments macro in Confluence 5.1. This fix is only needed for users who manually upgraded Confluence's internal Attachments Plugin to v3.6.7 or higher when following Atlassian's suggested workaround for CONF-22002.
